Sea food Palate puts a uniquely on the alluring flavors of authentic Local, Italian, Seafood BBQ cuisine. Our Executive chef is passionate about retaining the true spirit of traditional cuisine. Freshness of produce and the finest seasonal ingredients have always been of paramount importance. Being an island, you would think that the choice of ingredients and supplies is limited. Not so, and Samui’s chefs have a vast supply of fresh fruit and vegetables grown on the island or brought in from the mainland. And seafood caught daily by local fishermen, couldn’t be fresher.

Here are a few recommendations from across the board beginning with starters: (Italian) Deep Fried Mozzarella cheese with anchovy, serve with mayonnaise, and (Thai) Deep Fried Fish Cake [Tod Mun Pla Grai] with sweet peanut sauce
